Medicine Management

Medicine can have a big impact on a person’s health. But it works best when taken exactly as prescribed. That means at the right times and in the right amounts. Setting an alarm each day can help. A pillbox can also make it easier to track what someone has taken and when. Ready to learn more? Check out our medication management guide for more tips on how to take and keep up with your medicine.

Nutrition and Exercise Support

All bodies are different. And healthy can look different for each person.

That’s why we created our nutrition and exercise support program. It offers one-on-one help. And it teaches members how to:

  • Eat healthy and stay active.
  • Plan meals.
  • Set realistic health goals.
  • Make healthy choices when dining out.
  • Sign up for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits, if needed.
  • Connect with other local resources that can help

This program is free for qualifying members with disabilities. Interested? Call us to learn more.
